Get Your Markers Ready, The Online Whiteboard Feature Is Here!
If you have ever drawn something on a piece of paper and then held it up to your webcam, the whiteboard feature is for you.
The newest feature addition to FreeConference.com creates a virtual whiteboard in your online meeting room, allowing you and your participants to draw, place shapes, and lay text that is viewed in real-time.
The Online Whiteboard Feature Is Here!
How Do I Access The Whiteboard During A Conference Call?
To test out the whiteboard feature, users on any of our plans should first log into their account and jump into the online meeting room. From there, click on the DRAW button at the top of your screen to open up the whiteboard. The whiteboard can be controlled using the buttons on the left side of the screen.
You can also use these buttons to save your whiteboard as a PNG so that it can be viewed and shared later on, or close the whiteboard and return to your regular meeting room. Make sure to save your unfinished work first!
Participants Don’t Understand? Just Draw Them A Picture!
The next time you have to explain a complex problem or idea, why not just draw something instead? Although it may take a little time, your participants will have a handy visual that they potentially shared in creating.
Now, I don’t know how many football coaches discuss game-winning plays over a video conference, but thanks to FreeConference.com’s whiteboard feature, they are welcome to use our service whenever they would like.
